Systems Support Maintaining a system can be very cumbersome. Our engineers have the expertise and experience in maintaining any systems. We are platform independent. We do not specialized in specific platforms. The services include the followings.
System Administration Our engineer are experience systems administrators. We can provide assistance in administering Unix, Windows and Linux platforms. This service includes the basic system administrator procedure.

Standard Service Covers:

- 1 day per month engineer(s) presence at business hours
- 1 critical update and patches service every 3 months
- 1 full server maintenance per month
Premium Service Covers:
- 24 hours business day callcenter service
- 4 days engineer(s) presence at business hours per month
- 1 critical update and patches service per month
- 1 full server maintenance per month
Enterprise Service Covers:
- 24 hours 7 days callcenter service
- 5 days technicians(s) presence at business hours per week
- full update and patches service
- 1 full server maintenance per week
Database Administration We also have experience database administrator that can provide assistance to our customer in maintaining several Relational Database Management systems application such as Informix, MS SQL Server and Oracle. This service includes the basic database administrator procedure. Please refer to our Special Support for Disaster Recover support.
